Welcome to hprintwebexperts.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Hprint Web Expert (represented by Himanshu) regarding the website, mobile application development, social media optimization, and digital marketing services we provide.
By inquiring about or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Hprint Web Expert provides the following digital services:
Web Design & Development: Creating custom websites based on client requirements.
App Development: Designing and building mobile applications.
Ad Campaign Management: Setting up and running paid advertisements on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Social Media Optimization (SMO): Managing and optimizing client handles across Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Onboarding & Project Execution Workflow
We follow a transparent, step-by-step process for all clients:
Inquiry & Consultation: You provide your details via our website, and we call you to discuss your business goals.
Mutual Agreement: We outline the project details, timeline, and strategy. If you are entirely happy with the proposal, we proceed.
Payment: Work begins strictly after the agreed-upon payment/advance is received.
Delivery: We build your assets (website/app) or launch/optimize your ad campaigns and social media handles as agreed.
3. Client Responsibilities for Advertising
If we are running ads for your business on Google or Meta:
Ad Budget: The client is responsible for providing the daily/monthly ad spend budget required by the ad platforms.
Compliance: The client must ensure their business, products, or services comply with Google and Meta’s advertising policies. Hprint Web Expert is not liable if an advertising platform suspends a client’s account due to the client’s business nature or policy violations.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Our Deliverables: Once full payment is received, ownership of the completed website, app code, or graphics transfers completely to the client.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party tools, themes, plugins, or software used to build your website/app are subject to their own respective licenses.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve custom manual labor, time investment, and digital asset creation:
Once a project is approved, paid for, and work has commenced, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the project started.
If a client wishes to pause or cancel a monthly ad management or SMO service, they must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hprint Web Expert strives for maximum growth and performance. However, digital marketing outcomes depend on market factors, algorithms, and consumer behavior. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue figures, or exact lead counts from ad campaigns. We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of business revenue.
