Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hprint Web Expert, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for all our clients. Because we operate on a clear consultation and approval model before any project begins, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy for our digital services (Web Development, App Development, Ad Management, and Social Media Optimization).

1. Before Work Begins (Consultation Stage)
Our onboarding process is completely transparent. We collect your details, call you to discuss your requirements, and outline a strategy.

There is no charge for the initial consultation call.

If you choose not to proceed after our discussion, you owe us nothing.

2. Web & App Development Services
Once you are happy with the plan and make the payment, our team immediately dedicates time, coding, and design resources to your project.

Advance Payments: Any advance or upfront payment made to initiate website or mobile application development is non-refundable, as work and resource allocation begin immediately.

Project Milestone Payments: Payments made upon reaching specific project milestones are non-refundable once that stage of work has been delivered and approved by the client.

3. Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
Service Fees: The fees paid to Hprint Web Expert for setup, optimization, and management of your Google/Meta ad campaigns are non-refundable once the work has been performed.

Ad Spend Budget: Please note that the money you spend directly on advertising platforms (paid to Google or Meta for clicks/impressions) is paid to those companies directly. Hprint Web Expert has no control over ad network billing and cannot refund any ad budget spent on Google or Meta.

4. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Services
Our monthly SMO services (managing Twitter, Instagram, Facebook handles) are billed on a recurring monthly or project basis.

You can cancel your monthly SMO service at any time by giving us a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued for days already serviced within a billing month.
